The experience
This Alberni Valley Food Security Society workshop takes place in EJ Dunn's commercial kitchen. Participants work through the fermentation process, food safety practices and flavour variations to continue learning at home.
Before you go
- Wednesday, October 21, 5:30–7:30 p.m. at EJ Dunn Commercial Kitchen, 3500 Argyle Street. Register for a general ticket: $40 plus a $1 service fee. Review the organizer's participation agreement before registering; membership is not required for the general ticket.
