The experience
Milner Gardens' fourth annual scarecrow display runs for four days. Entry closes at 3 p.m.; visitors can remain until 3:30 p.m. Children aged 12 and under enter free, alongside Milner members and specified VIU groups.

- October 15–18: entry 11 a.m.–3 p.m., viewing until 3:30 p.m. Adult $10, youth $6; ages 12 and under free. Milner members and current VIU students, alumni and employees also enter free.
